• <H3> We operate an exclusion scheme that means that our members are able to deter known offenders from their premises, BEFORE they have an opportunity to cause any problems.   In addition, we have a network of nearly 500 radios across the city centre, and as a partnership scheme  are carried by Police officers, council Street Wardens, security guards, staff members and the operators of the city centre CCTV system. This allows the passing of information in real time across the city, increasing the chances of the detention of offenders, and the recovery of lost stock. The system can also be used to exchange information during protests, marches, public disorder, and other incidents which may affect access to and from the City Centre.
